Lily is an amazing musician and songwriter in her own right. Drawing from her own practice Lily contributes to Little Label with a broad understanding of the music industry and is in charge of contracts and royalties agreements. Involved in assisting the artist developing their image and in charge of the branding prosess. As the A&R of the label she is also incharge of listning to new demos and goes to clubs to sign new acts.
Anne Michaelsen , 21
MARKETING MANAGER
Anne is the product manager of Little Label marketing campaigns. Her job is to coordinate the different departments, to oversee the promotion strategy and execute the marketing plan. Drawing from experience gained trough her own practice, Anne has excellent organiisational skills. She is also in charge of event bookings for our artists.
EVENT & ADVERTISING MANAGER
Maddie is the event & advertising manager of Little Label. Her job is to make sure that the events the label put up are fully staffed and all parts that are involded are up to date. She works with the distribution and sales department, budgeting and booktrade publications ads that promote the label and artists. Linked with her modeling carerrer she is also a big part of builing up Little labels artists portifollio with photoshoots and other social media promotion material.
PROMOTION MANAGER
Sofie is the promotion manager of Little Label. Her job is to get the releases public attention getting radio play. Work with stations to arrange promotional apperances. She manage media exspoure, online social media network. With her personal exsperiance as a sessions musician she has the background and depth to understand the artists wishes and helps develop there sounds aswell as their social platforms.
